Why invite other builders?

The more builders who use HomeTakeoffs, the better our platform becomes at understanding construction blueprints and generating accurate takeoffs for everyone.

Each new builder helps us improve our system and build better features for the entire construction community.

Who else benefits from HomeTakeoffs?

While HomeTakeoffs was built with home builders in mind, many other organizations in the construction industry can benefit from our automated takeoff technology:

Lumber Suppliers

Generate accurate lumber lists for client projects to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Remodeling Companies

Quickly calculate materials needed for renovation projects to provide more accurate quotes.

Architects & Designers

Verify material quantities at the design stage to ensure projects stay within budget.

Residential Developers

Scale material calculations across multiple units to optimize bulk purchasing decisions.

About the free credits

Each builder you invite will receive enough credits to process a full set of home blueprints completely free. This allows them to experience the full power of HomeTakeoffs without any upfront investment.

These credits never expire once claimed, so they can use them whenever they're ready to process their blueprints.
